Our Mission and History
"As founder of Coast is clear, in May 2021, I embarked on a solo 3 day adventure around the Maltese islands collecting plastic and fishing debris from the sea and shores. Due to the severity of the pollution harming our marine life, I decided to leave my full time job as a personal trainer to shift my passion and energy towards helping the environment. Since then I engaged hundreds of individuals and companies to join over 160 missions to clean up coasts, valleys and parks while at the same time spreading awareness through social media, national media, educational talks and advocacy events. Our goal is to inspire individuals and communities to take action and be the change, for our planet earth and our beloved children's futures".
